Nanette M. Dollins, a longtime educator in Washington Township, passed away on May 13, 2025, in Henderson, Nevada.
Nanette was a former member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, and the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis. She taught 3rd grade for over 20 years in Washington Township. In her retirement, she continued to serve the district as a substitute teacher.
She was a graduate of Indiana University, receiving both her bachelor's degree and master's degree in Education from IU Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Nels Dollins, in 1987, her daughter, Robyn Lee Dollins, in 1984, and her son, Keith Alan Dollins, in 1998.
Nanette is survived by her nephew, Larry Evensen.
A graveside service will be held on August 3, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.
Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home is entrusted with her services. May her memory serve as an eternal blessing.
