Naresh Kumar

Naresh Kumar, 62, passed away at his home in East Hartford, CT, on August 21, 2024. He was
born and raised in Punjab, India.
Naresh was the loving husband of the late Upma Sharma and a devoted father to Anup
Sharma, and his wife, Hannah, and his daughter, Ginny Sharma, and her husband, Deepak. He
was a beloved grandfather to Krish and Aria. Naresh is survived by three sisters, one brother,
and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Des Raj, his mother,
Sumitra Devi, and a brother.
Naresh dedicated his life to providing for his family. He was the proud owner of The Ranch
House in Windsor, CT, for over 20 years.
He will be remembered as a generous and hardworking man who carried the world on his
shoulders. His grandchildren, Krish and Aria, were the greatest joys of his life, and he devoted
much of his free time to them.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research
Hospital, a cause dear to the family.
