Natalie N. Nishimura

Natalie N. Nishimura, 75, of Kahului passed away peacefully at Islands Hospice Kahului on August 11, 2025 surrounded by family and friends. Natalie was born and raised in Wailuku, Maui. She spent 55 years working and managing the family's business, Kahului Florist Inc. When not working, Nat enjoyed eating out with friends and traveling. Eating dim sum and raw oysters was always a must wherever she traveled, especially in Las Vegas. After selling the shop, Nat enjoyed getting together with the original Kahului Florist gang for lunch and cards regularly. She is survived by her sister Kathy Tokumoto, nieces Cari Nishimura, Leecia Tokumoto-Viela (Aaron), Beri Ann Tokumoto Otsubo (Ryan), and Brie Kandarian (Israel). Great nephews and nieces, Connor, Kiana, Harlee, Maile, and Tyler. The family held a private Celebration of Life service on Friday, September 5, 2025.. We would like to thank the many friends and family who loved and supported her and Kahului Florist for all those years. Nat loved being at the shop and always felt blessed by the many people that she got to know.
