Nathan "Nate" Lloyd Evinger, 63, died on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at his residence.

He was the husband of Debbie L. (Felland) Evinger, sharing 39 years of marriage.

Nate was born in Mechanicsburg on October 10, 1961, son of the late Lynne and Joan (Clauser) Evinger.

Nate proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He worked as the Senior Design Engineer for Metso and was a member of the Red Lion American Legion Post 543. Nate had a love for games of all kinds-whether board games, yard games, or computer games. He enjoyed spending time in his backyard, especially watching the birds. Nate loved the outdoors particularly what he called "combat" fishing.

In addition to his wife, Nate is survived by two sons, Nicholas O. Evinger and his wife, Kesare and Steven J. Evinger and his wife Jessika Thompson; daughter, Jessica L. Evinger; four grandchildren, Chanse, Maci, Oaklyn, and Nathan; four siblings, Matt Evinger, Ilene Musselman, Owen Evinger and his wife, Jeanette, and Holly Clements and her husband, Ted. His brother, Keith Evinger, preceded him in death.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3PM on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Bethany United Methodist Church, 121 W. Broadway, Red Lion.
