Nathan T. Goodrich, 45, of Coventry, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He was the devoted and adored husband of Julie (Allen) Goodrich, with whom he shared nearly 30 beautiful years. Born in Providence, Nathan was the beloved son of the late Thomas and Nancy (Neery) Goodrich. He was the cherished brother of Jenny (Goodrich) Blanchette and her husband Aaron; loving uncle of Vee (Lilah) Blanchette; beloved son-in-law of Marshall "Herk" and Eileen Allen; and dear brother-in-law of Marshall Allen III. He was the treasured nephew of Beverly (Neery) Hall, Elaine Neery, and Dawn (Goodrich) Lomden.

Immensely intelligent, Nathan was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He earned his bachelor's degree and went on to dedicate his career to education, teaching in Cranston Public Schools for many years. He had a love of nature and his commitment to enriching the lives of his students was especially apparent in his garden at Hugh B. Bain Middle School.

A talented guitarist, Nathan played in bands and found in the local music scene a community of lifelong friends. He had the gift of gab, always comfortable on a stage and ready with a story or heartfelt speech. In addition to his love for music, he was an avid outdoorsman, finding joy in hiking, fishing, and hunting, especially with his best friend, Jay Langlais. Nathan cherished his trips to Fenway with his late mother, traveling with his wife, and was incredibly proud of the beautiful home and life they shared together. His memory will be cherished by his close friends, relatives, and all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 4:00-6:00PM, followed by a Chapel Service at 6:00PM, in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick.
