Nathan "Nate" Hooten 5/26/1989 - 9/22/2025

Nathan "Nate" Hooten passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind family and friends who will forever feel the impact of his love and presence.

He is survived by his parents, Curtis and Susanne Hooten; his wife, Olivia Hooten; his daughters, Amelia and Norah Hooten; his stepdaughters, Carleigh Ritter, Hayden Polston, and Katherine Layne; his brother Michael Thomas; nephews, Decker, Blain and Dagen Thomas; nieces, Ainsley and Fenix Hooten and Jerzie Thomas; and the mother of his children, Chelsea Gentry.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Nicholas Hooten.

Nate was an avid outdoorsman who loved the freedom of the open road on his motorcycle as much as he loved time spent in nature. Whether riding, exploring, or simply being outside, he found joy in the world around him and in sharing those moments with the people he loved. He was best known for his unforgettable bear hugs-embraces that made people feel safe, loved, and cherished.

He will be remembered for his laughter, his loyalty, and above all, his enormous heart. Though his time here was far too short, the love Nate shared will live on in the memories of those who knew him best.

A celebration of Nate's life will be held at Partlow Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 PM. Following the service, there will be a celebration ride, with a gathering afterward at the Boggess residence in Mount Juliet. Those not riding are welcome to go directly to the home to wait for the riders. Food and beverages will be served as family and friends continue to honor Nate's memory together.

The family has requested that you wear a Dixxon in his honor.
