Wanda is survived by her son Roger J. Hooten and grandson Robert J.Hooten. She was predeceased by her husband Rudolph "Rudy" Hooten.
A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk, Virginia, 23502 at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
