Obituary of Nathan Emanual Leube
Nathan Emanual Leube was born in Chico CA on November 9, 1989, and died May 30, 2023, at the young age of 33, in a tragic motorcycle accident on Hwy 32 in Tehama County.
Nathan attended school in Chico, graduating from PV High School in 2008. Nathan began working at Winco in 2008. He was selected for the Manager Apprentice program in 2022 and had recently completed his project and assisted in opening several out-of-state stores. He was promoted to Assistant Manager in January 2023.
Nate made sure family came first. He was always there for his nieces and nephews, celebrating every event and cheering them on. Life joys were found in fishing with his aunt and grandpa, and spending time with friends. He loved traveling and had recently traveled to Missouri and South Carolina. Nathan's kindness and sense of humor touched all who knew him, that cocked eyebrow, the stories, and his laugh his incredible laugh.
Nathan leaves behind his parents, Steve (Shuyan) Leube and Carolyn (Eric) Wutzke, brother and sister-in-law Jason and Breanne Leube, sister and brother-in-law Kaitlin and Raymond Vondran, nieces Olivia and Julia Leube and nephews Ethan Leube and Koby, Grayson, and Bryson Vondran. He is also survived by aunt and uncle Deborah and Lance Lambert, aunts Barbara Wutzke and Jennifer Leube, and cousins Amanda (Daniel), Justin and Chase (Megan) Lambert and Amber Lodge.
Nathan's Celebration of Life will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 667 E 1st Ave, Chico, on Friday June 23rd at 9:30 AM, followed by a reception. Interment will be at Chester Cemetery, 1400 Highway 36, Chester, CA at 3:30.
