Diane Leube

Diane Carol Leube, age 78, passed away peacefully on October 1st, 2025, in Brunswick, Ohio. She was the beloved mother of Frederick Leube and Scott Leube (Michelle), and the cherished "Mimi" to six grandchildren who were blessed to call her their own - Taylor Schneider (Ryan), Faith Leube, Miles Leube, Julia Leube, Ethan Leube, and Avery Leube. Diane was also a proud great-grandmother to Laney and Layla, who brought her endless joy.
Born on June 5th, 1947, Diane was the loving daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Holloway. She was preceded in death by her brothers Arthur (Corky) Holloway and Jimmy Holloway. She is survived by her brother Gary Holloway, who shared in her love of family and laughter.
Diane was married to Fred Leube for 49 years. Though they later divorced, they remained connected through their shared love for family and their two sons. She dedicated much of her life to her work as a librarian at the Rocky River Public Library, where she was known for her kindness, creativity, and warm smile. In retirement, she continued to share her gifts through crafting and handmade cards, and she found great joy in her love for birds, teddy bears, cats, and, most of all, time spent with family.
Diane will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her; her family, friends, and the many lives she touched through her gentle spirit and unwavering love.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 12th, from 11am to 3pm at Folger House, Veterans Memorial Park, 32756 Lake Road, Avon Lake, Ohio. Family and friends are welcome to join in honoring and remembering Diane's beautiful life.
