Nathan L. Stewart age 39 of Faribault, MN passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at the Benedictine Living Community in Owatonna, MN following an extended illness.
Nathan Lee, the son of Daniel and Cheryl Stewart was born on July 14, 1986 in Faribault, MN. Nate attended the Faribault Alternative Learning Center and graduated in 2005. Nate worked for several years at Jennie O Turkey Store and was most recently a shift manager. It was at Jennie O that he met his wife, Laura Gomez Tino. They were married on April 19, 2024 in Waseca, MN. Nate enjoyed spending time with his daughters, reading, bike riding and remote control cars.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Tino Stewart of Faribault; by his daughters, Scarlett Stewart and Penelope Stewart, both of Faribault; by his parents, Cheryl Stewart (Robb) and Daniel Stewart (Charnette), all of Faribault; by his sister, Nicole (Chad) Kadrlik of Kenyon, MN and their daughters, Ryleigh, Liliana and Grayce and by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. By Laura’s family, Ivan Payan, Cristabel Miranda, Ruby Lopez, Santos Alonzo, Anderson Tino, Jose Tino, Nicole Alonzo and Marcos Alonzo.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Janice Simon, grandfather, Doug Stewart and aunt, Laura Daily.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault with Fr. Alex Marquette officiating. Interment will be held at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.
Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday for one hour prior to services.
