Neal David Alexandrowicz

Neal David Alexandrowicz of Allen, Texas passed away November 18, 2025 at the age of 48. He was born to David Joseph Alexandrowicz and Karen Lee (Klein) Alexandrowicz on March 16, 1977 in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

Neal had a lifelong passion for geology and earth sciences and enjoyed talking with anyone that showed interest. He had a special ability to explain science topics in a way that other people could understand. Neal was an educator that never stopped seeking more knowledge and spent a lot of time recrafting his lectures to make them the best they could be. He enjoyed attending rock and gem shows and often returned home with a few more items to add to his large collection.

His greatest joy in life was his family. Neal was an amazing father and husband, a cherished son, a supportive brother and a fun-loving uncle. In the community he was known as a good person who was always willing to help. His love of Christmas and Disney were known by everyone close to him.

Neal is survived by his wife, Amanda, and two daughters, Kathryn and Sarah Alexandrowicz of Allen, Texas; his parents, David Alexandrowicz of McDonald, Pennsylvania and Karen Alexandrowicz of McMurray, Pennsylvania; his brother, Clay Alexandrowicz and wife Lauren of McMurray, Pennsylvania; the family's pets, Dipper, Buddy, Mr. Floof, Nemo and June; and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Annabelle Alexandrowicz of Erie, Pennsylvania; his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Klein of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and his dogs, Mesa, Lucy and Trevor.

A private service will be held at a later date.
