Neil L. Mahlum was born on March 4, 1953 in La Crosse, Wisconsin to Delores Hansen and Burton Mahlum. He passed away on September 17, 2025 surrounded by family.
He married Terry on March 17, 1979.
Neil is survived by wife, Terry, daughters, Jaylene, Rustie (Bryan), and Sandy. Also, six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He also has 2 older brothers, Gene and Leon, and 2 younger sisters, Jolynn and Lori.
He enjoyed watching Nascar and went to races as often as he could and never missed watching a race on TV. He loved being part of the pit crew for Rocky Card’s #21 race car.
The celebration of life for Neil will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club located at 1104 West 2100 South, West Valley City, Utah on October 11, 2025 from 1-4 pm.
