Funeral services will be Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 9:30 AM until service time at Culpepper Funeral Home. Nell is survived by her husband Tommy Rigby, daughter Regina Nell Rigby, sisters Gayla Moss, Frances Loftin, and Debbie Victoria, and granddaughter Aly Rigby.
She was a member of Kosciusko Church of Christ, and a retired owner and operator of Tommy's Wholesale Plants.
Nell is preceded in death by her parents Gladys Pearson and Clifton Frazier, brothers Roy Frazier, Frankie D Brown and J W Brown, and sisters Carolyn, Liz, and Betty Joyce.
