Nellie Grace Brassette Obituary
Funeral Mass for Nellie Grace Ducote Brassette of Cottonport will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Assumption Catholic Church in Cottonport with Father Brian Sellers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery on Indian Bayou Rd.
Ms. Brassette, 89, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vallie Brassette, and her parents, Allen Paul and Corine Maria (Gauthier) Ducote.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Corine B. Hines, (Mark) of Sulphur and her grandson, Brandon Lee Johnson of Alexandria; and a brother Roger Ducote of Cottonport.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until time of service also in the church.
Escude’ Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
