Nelson Hane Obituary
Nelson E. Hane Jr, age 74, of Columbus, Ohio went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2024. He was born on June 28, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Nelson Hane Sr. and Betty Hane-Harper.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy "Cheety" Hane, his brothers, Charles and Kenny Hane, his sisters, Carol Reeves and Sandy Whitfield, and his bonus daughter, Amy Wamack.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Arnetta "Nettie" Hane, his children, Karen (Jeremy) McDonnell, Shannon (Michael) Todd, Susie (Ken) Adkins, Charles (Ami) Hane, his bonus son, Joey (Cassie) Arick, his sister, Diana (Hobart) Howard, his grandchildren, Noah (Salena) Adkins, Jonah Hane, Chloe Hane, Brayden Adkins, Charlee Hane, BJ (Kayla) Wamack, Katie Wamack, Noah Derifield, Ethan Arick, Miles Arick, Collin, Layton, Sophia, his great-grandkids, Beau Nelson Adkins, Harli Wamack, Libby Wamack, several nieces and nephews, and very special friends, Leon (Jennifer) Stevens.
He was a long-time member of Lockbourne Freewill Baptist Church.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 from 9am-11am for calling hours. A funeral service will follow starting at 11am. Burial will take place at Jackson Township Cemetery in Circleville, Ohio.
