Linda L. (Unsworth) Hane of East Canton, Ohio, born June 10th, 1945, passed away in the comfort of her family on Thursday, November 9th, 2023, at the age of 78.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Russel Unsworth and Mary (Pfau) Unsworth; beloved husband, Richard "Dick" P. Hane; infant son, Richard P. Hane Jr.; brother, Jerry Unsworth and sister, Carol (Unsworth) Meek.
She leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer (Derrick) Blake; son, Timothy Hane; grandchildren, Mitchell, Alexandria, Alec (Gabrielle), Madison, Zoey, Jack, Sam, and Claire; great-grandchildren, Hailie, Kali, Cloie, Rylie, and Bryce; sisters, Pat Rhinehart, Judy Kogut, and Kathy (Mark) Abrigg; brother, Dave (Sue) Unsworth; and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was born and grew up in Canton, Ohio, and graduated from Mckinley High School. She retired from Nickles Bakery. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family and friends, playing cards, collecting stamps and coins, painting, and listening to Elvis! She was a friend to everyone and was always full of spunk; there was never a dull moment when she was around. Linda is now reunited with her husband, Dick, who she has been waiting patiently to see again since 1999. She will be greatly missed, and her family will continue singing "My Girl" in her memory.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 15th 11am-12pm with services following at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Louisville, Ohio. Condolences and special memories of Linda can be shared with her family online at www.paqueletfalk.com
