Nettie Fae Adams, born July 25, 1941, was called home to be with the Lord on May 29, 2024 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Franklinton, Louisiana.

She was a resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana but has been a resident of Heritage Manor Nursing Home for the past 13 years, where she enjoyed bingo and arts and crafts. She was Promenade of the Washington Parish Free Fair many times, which she enjoyed. She also loved to cook and was best known for her homemade dressing.

Nettie leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her brother Sunny Brown, her children Clyde Christopher Admas, Deborra Iris Tribe (Adams), Justin Wayne Adams (Christi), her five grandchildren; Marion Kayla Tribe, Eric Shane Adams, Amber Nicole Tribe, James Emeriah Graves and Cecil Glenn Tribe. She also leaves behind 8 great grandchildren, McKenzie, Lance, Jr., Rilynn, Novalee, Lyvia, Jaxtyn, Meya, Zola, and  was known as Granny to Bradley, Jeremiah, Kendalyn.  

She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde R. Adams, her son Cecil Vernon Adams and her parents, Lucious Clark and Nettie O’Bryant.

The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
