Nettie Titman, age 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, in Lakeland, Florida. She was born November 25, 1933, in Beckly, West Virginia to John and Pearl Ruscio. Nettie was a longtime resident of Clintonville, Ohio. She owned and ran the Northside Flea Market for many years. She retired from Timken’s Roller Bearing Company as an inspector. Nettie truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. She took care of her best friends named Popeye and Joe who she loved dearly. Nettie had an unconditional love for dogs. She had 4 dogs who she loved and would do anything for. She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.
