Dr. Nghia Neil Tran

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Doctor Nghia Neil Tran on September 19th, 2025, at his home in Ambler, PA, surrounded by the family who loved him dearly.

Dr. Tran was a respected and admired neonatal physician whose compassionate care touched countless lives throughout his distinguished career. He graduated from medical school at the University of Montpellier in France before dedicating himself to serving patients, colleagues, and nurses at Rolling Hill, Jeanes, Einstein, and Doylestown Hospitals. Known for his calm and friendly disposition, Dr. Tran was unwavering in his commitment to doing what was best for his patients, earning the deep respect and admiration of all who worked alongside him.

Beyond his professional achievements, Nghia was a beloved husband, father, and brother who found joy in life's simple pleasures. He cherished quiet moments with a cup of coffee, enjoyed reading books, and had a wonderful gift for making people laugh. His warm spirit and gentle humor brought light to those around him.

Dr. Tran is survived by his devoted wife, Vicky (Xuan-Vinh); his daughters Kim-Linh and Mai-Linh; his stepchildren Levon, Crystal, and Jordan; his brother Ngoc Trung and sister-in-law Thi Kieu-Loan; his sister Thi Ninh and brother-in-law Huu Giang (deceased); and his brother-in-law Ba An. He was preceded in death by his parents Van Nhâm and Thi Loi, and his sister Thi Loc.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Nghia (Neil) at a service to be announced at a later date.

Dr. Nghia Neil Tran's legacy of healing, kindness, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
