In Loving Memory of Nicholas Anthony Bilka
November 5, 1987 – August 11, 2025
Endicott, NY
Nicholas Anthony Bilka, 37, of Endicott, NY, passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2025. Born on November 5, 1987, Nicholas was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.
He is survived by his loving parents, Anthony and Josephine Bilka; his sister, Victoria (Barry) DePersis, his brother, Alexander (Kendra) Bilka; and his cherished nieces, Penelope, Violet, and Alice. Nicholas will be remembered for his generous spirit, his sense of humor, and the deep love he had for his family.
Nicholas had a passion for collecting cards-a hobby that brought him joy, connection, and a sense of nostalgia. Whether it was rare sports memorabilia or trading cards from his favorite series, he cherished each piece as a story worth preserving. He also found comfort and excitement in movies, often sharing his favorite films with loved ones and quoting lines that made us laugh or think a little deeper.
One of Nicholas's greatest joys was his mother's cooking. Her meals were more than just food, they were a source of comfort, tradition, and love. He was known for always asking, "What's for dinner?", especially on a Sunday afternoon. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his loyalty to those he loved, and the way he could make anyone feel at ease. His presence was a gift, and his absence leaves a space that can never be filled.
Funeral services will be held Monday August 18th at 11:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church 300 Odell Ave. Endicott, NY 13760. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends Monday at St. Anthony's Church from 10:00 AM until 11:15 AM.
