Nicholas Ashton Cole, a beloved son, brother, and friend passed away on November 2, 2025. He was born in Thomasville on February 7, 2010 to his parents, Johnathan Cole and Prissy Davis.
Nicholas had a deep love for the outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting, where he found solace and adventure. He was also passionate about working on engines, showcasing his natural aptitude for mechanics. Music was another of Nicholas's great loves, providing him with inspiration and joy throughout his young life. His dedication and spirit were evident in his participation in the ROTC, where he developed skills that would have served him well in the future.
He is survived by his parents Johnathan Cole (Natalia) and Prissy Davis (Terry); brothers Johnathan Turner Cole Jr. of Pavo, Zachary Gordon Cole of Pavo, and Jared Keith Barfield of Cairo; grandparents Gordon Cole, Joni Cole, Faye Lofasso, and Jackie Kilgore; aunts and uncles Trena and Steve Weeks, Amy Farmer, Joy and Wayne Dorsett followed by numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Joe Lofasso and great-grandmother, Joyce Johnson.
A service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 2pm at Allen & Allen Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Dorsett officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Allen & Allen Funeral Home.
