Diane B. Gill of Thomasville (GA) died Sunday night at Archbold Memorial Hospital in the presence of her family. She was born in Altoona, PA, on April 2nd, 1966. The daughter of Raymond J and Anna Mae (Boland) Gill. She is survived by five siblings, Thomas and James Gill of Altoona PA, Robert Gill of Florence, NJ, Eloise Stom (Rick) of Fayetteville, GA, and Joanne Marietta (Roger) of Albany, GA. She was loved by her many nieces and nephews, including Amanda, Lori, Nick, Shannon Marietta, Melissa Sams, Renee McCraney, and all their children.
She graduated from Altoona Area High School and attended programs such as Crossroads in Altoona, PA; AARC in Albany, GA and Thomas Grady Service Center in Thomasville, GA. She worked for Sheltered Employment and also worked on a contract at the Blackberry Patch, labeling and packaging.
She never met a stranger and loved to sing and dance. Diane attended Saint Augustine Catholic Church in Thomasville while she was away from her home church, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Altoona, PA. A visitation for Diane B. Gill will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 3-5 pm at Allen & Allen Funeral Home in Thomasville, GA. A service will be held in Altoona, PA, on November 22nd at 11 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
