Nicholas Hunter Davis, "Nick" of Lexington, passed away Sunday April 14, 2024, at age 28. He was born May 10, 1995.
He is survived by his parents, Cary Lee Davis of Lexington, and Paula Shannon Rice (Dennis Rice) of Nicholasville; his sister, Brittany Weathers (Tyler Weathers), along with his niece and nephews Hunter, Heidi and Holden Weathers of Lexington. He is also survived by his grandmothers, Ann Davis of Nicholasville, Cheryl Wipf (Peter Wipf) of Harrodsburg, and Lucy Dampier of Lexington. He is preceded in death by his papaws, Bill Davis of Nicholasville, and Paul Dampier of Lexington.
Nick loved the Lord, his family and friends, the outdoors, hunting, his dog Hazel, his job in security watching out for others and keeping people safe, fishing and his corvette; among many other things. He was truly loved by many. Nick had a huge heart and will still be looking out for all of us like he loved to do, except now he's doing it from Heaven. Services for Nick will be held at 10:00 am Monday, April 22, 2024, at Kerr Brothers –Harrodsburg Road.
Visitation will be held from 2-5 pm Sunday, April 21 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
