Nicholas passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at his home.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Shelley Denise Maxwell; and his grandparents, John Henry and Iva Lee Maxwell.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Larissa Pearl; sons, Leon Christopher and Daylon; grandparents, Rodney and Teresa Huff; father, William Artis Maxwell; brother, Samuel Austin Maxwell and James Hargrove, Sloan Henry; several nieces and nephews as well as several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Mr. Maxwell is a high school graduate of Glencoe High School. He liked to watch movies and play video games. Nicholas was an enthusiast, he enjoyed discussing philosophy.
