Nick is survived by his parents, Paul (Korine) Prokosch and Paula Shipstad (Bruce Eshelman); brothers, Joshua and Jacob; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nick was known for his big smile, blue eyes and warm heart. He had a deep love for his family and always expressed that love unashamedly.
