Nicholas Cleo Schlegel

Age 40, of Carson City, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025.

Nick was born on July 16, 1985, in Carson City the son of Cleo Schlegel Jr. and Karla Huhn. He was currently working for Brad's Cleaners in Greenville as a Restoration and Mold Remediation expert. Nick enjoyed playing disc golf, RC cars and loud bass thumping music.

Nick is survived by his son Landin Schlegel, father Cleo Schlegel Jr., mother Karla Huhn, sister Caitlyn Huhn, brother Zachary Huhn, paternal grandparents Cleo and Judith Schlegel Sr., nephews AJ, Zayne, Branson, Asher and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ronald Huhn and Harriet Durbin and special cousin Joshua Reed.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11 am at the Carson City United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 10 am until time of services at the church.
