Nick Lenon, 75, of rural Macon, Missouri, moved to his heavenly home on January 11, 2026.

Nick lived a full life, fueled by his deep love for his family, his passion for rodeoing, his life-long connection to horses and being a cowboy.

He is also survived by his sisters, Sharon Lenon and Janet Jenson.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Louis Children's Hospital in honor of Nick's grandson, Cade Lenon in care of Markland-Yager Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126, New Franklin, Missouri 65274.

I'm shocked to hear of Nick's passing. Many Good memories including bucking bales for his Grandfather and seeing him at Missouri Mining. My condolences to Cindy.

To Cindy and all of the family, I was saddend to hear of Nick's passing. I have many fond memories of learning to rope in his barn. Boy was he patient with me. I remember his good humor. He was always upbeat and positive. Enjoyed working with him for a short stint too. I am proud to say he was my friend. He lives on in my memory and heart! Happy trails Nick! You will be missed.
