Nicolas Rodriguez-Campos

Nicolas Rodriguez-Campos, age 44 of Claxton passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 22, 1981 in Ahuiran, Michoacan, Mexico to Tomas Rodriguez and Maria Campos and had lived in Claxton for the past 25 years. He attended Fletcher Baptist Church in Statesboro. Nicolas was farmer by trade and he loved the outdoors. In his free time, he loved spending time by the firepit making memories with his family and grandchildren, singing and dancing by the fire. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be truly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his mother. 

Hew is survived by his wife of 30 years, Maria Silva of Claxton; children, Jessica Rodriguez (Salvadore Tomas) of Henderson, NC, Magdalena Rodriguez (Jose Tomas) of Metter, Juan Rodriguez (Jessica Rodriguez) of Claxton, Antonia Rodriguez (Frankie Silva) of Screven County, and Tomas Rodriguez of Claxton; father, Tomas Rodriguez; siblings, Juan Rodriguez (Marcelina) of Silverton, NC, Martin Rodriguez (Maria) of Salinas, CA, Tomas Rodriguez (Rosa Flores) of Henderson, NC, Mateo Rodriguez (Esperanza) of Morristown, TN; also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Family will receive friends beginning at 4:00pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025 with funeral services to follow at 5:00pm from the Chapel of Glennville Funeral Home.
