Nicole was born on July 15, 1975 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Bill and Sandra Spinneweber Ballas.
Nicole was a former server and bartender at Fairview catering. She had the perfect personality for the job. She was fun and knew just how to make everyone smile. Her own smile was beautiful and infectious and you could not help but smile right back at her. Nicole had a love for holidays, especially Christmas. She loved decorating immediately after Thanksgiving and enjoying the holiday season. Nicole was also a big fan of J.R.R. Tolkien and his works. Above all, Nicole loved her family with all her heart, including her dog too. She loved taking the family dog for walks in the morning and spending whatever time she could with her children and sister.
Surviving are her children, Nicholas William and Ashley Elizabeth Ballas, sister, Gina (Mike) Montani, along with several nieces, Christina Ballas, Melissa (Jason) Schnur, Victoria Montani and one great niece, Katarina Schnur.
All arrangements are private and entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 5000 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale (724-693-2800). Inurnment will occur at a later date at Holy Souls Cemetery.
