Nicole Anne Michaelis, 40, of Orem, Utah, passed away in Tucson, Arizona on June 16th, 2023, from ongoing health complications. She was surrounded by her most prized possessions, her loving children and husband.
Niki grew up in Orem, Utah and lived most of her life there, although she always believed she should have lived much closer to the beach.
She was married for time and eternity to her best friend, Kirt Michaelis on June 17th, 2003. Her greatest blessing in life was her four beautiful children, Alexis, Chase, Landon, and Beckham. She loved and cherished every moment she was able to spend with them.
Her love of travel took her all over the world and she was able to travel with her children to more places in her 40 year life, than most of us will ever see.
She had an incredible heart and radiated love to those around her. Her laugh was infectious, bringing joy to those that heard it. She showed her faith in God through love and service, which bought her immense joy.
Niki will be missed by her children, Alexis, Chase, Landon, and Beckham; her husband Kirt, her parents, Joan Ogden Pinegar and Mark Pinegar, and Grandmother Beatrice Ogden; Kirt's Parents, Jim and Venice Michaelis; siblings, Caleb(Annie), Adam(Emily), Jenna, Megan, and Seth. Kirt's siblings, Heather(Breck) Fullmer, Brett(Nikki), Aaron(Crystal), Trevor(Heather). She will also be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends or as she knew them, the family you get to choose.
Her heavenly reunion included her brother Jesse, Grandpa Lloyd, Nephew Max, Grandparents Glen and Shirley Pinegar and countless other loved ones who were waiting to accept her into her heavenly rest.
Friends and family may give condolences on Sunday, June 25th, 2023, from 6-8 PM at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home in Orem, UT. Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday June 26th, 2023, with visitation preceding the services from 9:30 to 10:30, at the Church Meetinghouse located at 600 N 810 East in Orem, UT. Interment will be held at Eastlawn Memorial Hills in Provo, Utah.
