It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nikoles "Big Nik" Joseph, born in Boston, MA on June 13, 2007, who left us too soon on June 15, 2025. Nikoles, the beloved son of the late Nedghy Joseph, was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him with his vibrant spirit and infectious laughter. A recent graduate of Dartmouth High School, Nikoles made his mark through his dedication as a three-year athlete on the football team, proudly holding the position of defensive tackle. His love for sports was only matched by his enthusiasm for his part-time job at Piezoni's Pizza in Dartmouth, where he cherished every moment spent with colleagues and customers alike.
His teammates and coworkers admired not only his skills but also his unwavering support and kindness. He developed a deep appreciation for his role and the connections he made with coworkers and patrons alike. Each day, he arrived with a smile, bringing warmth to the workplace that resonated with everyone around him. Nikoles is survived by his loving adoptive parents, Marie and Alex Isaac, along with his sister Reyana and brothers Reynaldi, Izaiah, Alex JR, and Allen. He is also mourned by his grandfather Dagenor, aunts Cynthia, Gabrielle, Carine, Magadaline, uncles Wilzor and Jean Bernard, as well as various cousins, great uncle & aunts, and a large extended family and friends who were forever touched by his spirit.
Among his closest friends, Ethen, Jaison, Seth, and Isaiah shared a bond that exemplified true friendship, supporting one another through life's challenges and joys. Their friendships were built on mutual respect, loyalty, and an unwavering bond that helped them navigate the ups and downs of adolescence. Together, they shared not only laughter but also heartfelt conversations, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Nikoles was a truly unique soul and a remarkable individual whose contagious character and positive outlook on life made a lasting impact on everyone around him. He had a unique ability to uplift those he encountered, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will not be forgotten. As we come to terms with this profound loss, we hold dear the memories of Nikoles and the joy he brought to our lives. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, friendship, and exuberance will live on in our hearts and continue to inspire us every day. Rest in peace, Big Nik, your light will shine brightly as we carry your memory forward in our hearts forever. We love you!
