Noah Robert Smothers

Noah Robert "Smo" Smothers age 14 of Henagar, AL died Monday, December 29, 2025 at Erlanger Medical Center. Funeral services are Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 3 PM CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Chris Guinn and Bro. Mark Smothers officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Tuesday and 12 until service time on Wednesday.
Noah was born on June 20, 2011 in Fort Payne, Alabama to parents, Mark Anthony and Frances Charlene Womack Smothers. He was a 2025 graduate of Henagar Junior High and was a freshman at Ider High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He was a member of New Home Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Mark and Charlene Smothers, sister, Sarah (Wesley) Grizzard, brother, Will Smothers, grandmother, Janice Womack, nephew, Bryce Grizzard, along with aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and teammates. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellen Womack, Billy Womack, Orren Smothers and Pauline Smothers. Serving as pallbearers are: Will Smothers, Wesley Grizzard, Easton Hamilton, Tristen Wagener, Caden McIllwain and Cason Ridgeway.
