Noe Gutierrez, 66 years old of Wharton died suddenly on February 6, 2023 at the Wharton hospital. He was born on May 27, 1956 in McAllen, Texas to Pedro Gutierrez and Felipa Torres Gutierrez.
Noe was a graduate of Wharton High School He graduated from Wharton County Junior College and Paralegal School. He served our country honorably in the US Navy. He worked as a gas station attendant for many years. He shared his beautiful gift of music with many people by playing the piano at church for many years. He was a joyful person and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. After retiring from work, he took excellent care of his mother. He enjoyed reading, driving and visiting with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Gutierrez.
Noe is survived by his mom, Felipa Gutierrez of Wharton, sisters, Elizabeth Jaquez of Sugar Land and Diana Gutierrez of Wharton; brothers, Val Gutierrez and wife, Rosa of Wharton; nieces and nephews, Monica Acosta and husband, Bill, Spencer Gutierrez, Ursula Silva, Jennifer Courville, J.R. Gutierrez and Ashley Rodriguez. Along with the community close friends will miss him dearly.
Memorial services are being held at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 2:30 with Debbie Cenko officiating.
