Noe was a very generous person; He loved family time. Always look forward to the holidays. Even though he never married or had children of his own. He had, many nieces and nephews that loved him.
Mr. Munoz is survived by his sisters Maria Ortiz and Elena Sanchez spouse Santiago Sanchez. Brothers Lionel Munoz, Roy Munoz. Sister-in-law Angelica Munoz wife of deceased brother (Rudy Munoz).
