Nora Cole Harrison Obituary
Nora Cole Harrison, a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away in the early hours of September 23, 2025.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday September 26th 2025 at 11:00 am at Lee’s Grove P.F.W.B. Church located at 6208 Fairground Road in Dunn.
Born on March 6th 1960 in Dunn, NC to parents John and Irene Cole. Nora dedicated her life to her family. She was known for her warmth, strength, and sense of humor as well as her love of spontaneous road trips. After graduating from Coats High School in the class of 1978, she worked in several industries until she joined the staff at Coats Medical Clinic, where she greeted countless patients with a compassionate smile and encouraging word.
Her greatest joy was found in being a wife and mother. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality who had never met a stranger. She was generous to a fault, often caring for and/or providing for others to her own detriment.
She was preceded in death by her father John Cole, her Mother-in-Law Inge Wrench and her grandparents
She is survived by her mother Irene Cole of Coats, her husband of 39 years Robert (Bobby) Harrison Senior of Coats. Her son Robert (Bobby) Harrison Jr and wife Whitney of Dunn. Daughter Amber Barnes and husband Alan of Coats. Grandchildren MaKayla Harrison, Piper Smith, Zoey Harrison, and Dalton Harrison. She also leaves behind three brothers, J.P. Cole and wife Denise, Carlie Cole and wife Frankie, and Andy Cole and wife Beth, as well as many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
