Nora Mae Crawford

Nora Crawford, age 83 of Tonganoxie, KS, originally of Mountain Home, AR, passed away on the 17th day of October, 2025. Private Memorial services will be held with immediate family at a later date.
She was born on November 11, 1941, in Mountain Home, AR, to James Harvey and Cora Mae (Barker) Whitaker. She was dedicated to being a devoted wife to her husband of 53 years, William, mother to her three children, and then, most importantly, Grammy to her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Family was everything to Nora.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers – Marvin, Jack, Bob, James, sisters – Juanita, Linda, & Kathy, father-in-law & mother-in-law – Wilbern & Sarah (Roberts) Crawford, several wonderful brother-in-laws & sister-in-laws.
She is survived by daughter, Lee Anna and husband, Jim Frommer of Tonganoxie, KS, son, Randal and wife, Carrie of Grove, OK, and son, Bryan and wife, Erica of Poplar Bluff, MO. 9 Grandchildren – Joshua, Zachary (Lexi), John, Matthew (Lex), Jacob, Sarah, Jocelyn, Mallory, and Bailey. 4 Great-Grandchildren – Logan, Avalynn, Adalynn, & Sandra. Brother, Benny Whitaker, and Sister, Bettye Kayzer, Brother-in-Law, Ray (Connie) Crawford, and Sister-in-Law, Betty Golden, a host of nieces and nephews, and foster-daughter, Ruth Davis.
