Nora (Katie) Womack Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Edward Womack.
Nora was a long time member of West Court Baptist Church. Her hobbies included sewing and gardening. Her biggest passion was to tell others about Jesus.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Sharon Kay Tipton and her son Mark Stephen Womack. Nora had 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Don Mitchell will be officiating the service. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00.
We want to especially thank Fair Haven Home - Bostic for their loving care of our mom. Also a special thanks to her best friend and sister in Christ, Denise Brill.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Fair Haven Home - Bostic, NC or Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.
