Noreen E. Hibbits, age 81 of Highland Lakes, passed away on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, with her loving family by her side, at the Newton Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn to the late John and Anne (Gilmore) Condon, Noreen grew up there, before moving to Highland Lakes in 1971. She and her late husband Thomas retired to Jensen Beach, FL in 2016, where Noreen lived until 2024, ultimately settling into the Chelsea at Sparta. Noreen will be remembered for her deep love for her family. Predeceased by her parents; husband Thomas Patrick Hibbits (2020); and her brothers John and Robert Condon, Noreen is survived by her loving children, Thomas P. Hibbits and his wife Toni, Tracy Berge and husband Scott, and Carol Gonzalez and her husband William; four grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kevin, Victoria, and Michael; and her two great-grandchildren, Hallie and Liam; as well as her brother, Timothy J. Condon. Memorial visitation for Noreen will be held on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, from 1-5PM at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, (One Vanderhoof Court for GPS), 241 Route 94, Vernon, NJ 07462. The Funeral Mass will be on Monday, December 29th, 11AM at the Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, 184 Breakneck Road, Highland Lakes, NJ 07422. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Fatima RC Church (olfatimaparish.net).
