Norma Elizabeth (Frymoyer) Maneval, 95, of Little Evendale Road, Richfield, died peacefully in her home, Monday, August 18, 2025. She was born on April 1, 1930 to Roscoe and Elda Mae (Kauffman) Frymoyer. She was born, died, and lived in the same house all her 95 years. She married her surviving husband, Richard Maneval, on February 15, 1963. Her death ends a marital union of 62 years. Also surviving are her children, Greg (Angie) Maneval, Brenda (Dave) Esterline, and Kay (Alan) Hornberger; grandchildren, Zackary (Alicia) Reichenbach, Alexandria Reichenbach, Max Maneval, Reggie Maneval (fiance, Erin Heimbach), Lilly (JP) Towsey, Amy (Scottie) Harris, and Olivia Esterline; three step grandchildren, Jodi (David) DeRosa, Whitney (Cory) Beverlin, and Maggie Leister; three great-grandchildren, Scarlett Reichenbach, Ethan Towsey, and Jackson Towsey; six step-great-grandchildren, Lainey Todd, Lucy DeRosa, Vinny DeRosa, Potter Beverlin, Amelia Beverlin, and Suri Beverlin; one sister and brother in law, Lorene (Ernest) Gingrich; one sister-in-law, Norma Frymoyer; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Gerald (Reba) Frymoyer, William (Fern) Frymoyer, Donald (Bessie) Frymoyer, John "Dick" Frymoyer, Mary (John) Hoffman, and Elwood and Charlotte (both in infancy). She was educated in the one-room Evendale schoolhouse and enjoyed many vocations during her life including clerking at the Evendale Store, Schell's Restaurant, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, chick-sexer, school bus driver, the Colonial Furniture Factory, and a farmer's wife. She attended Brown's Church as her health allowed. She loved her community of Evendale and the people there. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, going on bus trips with friends, playing board and card games, and bowling; but, her greatest joy came from time spent with her children and grandchildren. Closed Casketed Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 22, 2025 at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville with Rev. Ron Landis officiating. Interment will follow in Lauver's Mennonite Church Cemetery, Evendale. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Friday at the Funeral Home.
