MUNCIE – Norma S. Miller, 90, passed away on Saturday afternoon, November 22, 2025 at Yorktown Manor.
She was born on August 31, 1935 in Lafayette, the daughter of Harold A. and Elsie M. (Jarvis) Booher. She graduated from Selma High School in 1953 and attended Ball State University.
Norma worked as a court stenographer for the Delaware County Courts for over 30 years, most of her time for Judge Betty Shelton Cole, until her retirement in 2002. She was a long-time member of High Street Methodist Church.
She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard, especially her flowers and bushes.
Surviving are four children, Todd A. Miller of Yorktown, Dianna Reedy of Muncie, Kathy Miller of Monon and Michael Miller (wife, Cathy) of Muncie; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert A. Booher (wife, Bonnie) of Muncie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Troy D. Miller; her husband, Garland G. Miller on April 28, 1992; and one sister, Nancy Moore.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
