She graduated from Antioch High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading and quiet evenings at home. She is survived by her husband Marrel Phillips of 68 years and their 3 children, Norman of Oakley, Shirley of Grants Pass and Kim of Toledo. Seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. One brother Ralph of Antioch and three sisters Naomi, Martha and Nona in Arizona. Preceded in death by father Coy, mother Winona, sister Wanda and brother James.
