Norma B. Winner

Norma B Winner, 93, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on August 22, 2024.
Born February 22, 1931 in Peoria, IL. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Clarence E. and Mrs. Olga Bollinger and wife of the late Terrence Winner.
Prior to retirement, she served as the Director of the Combined Federal Campaign of Central Maryland for 23 years. She then fulfilled her dream of moving to Florida where she enjoyed her membership, volunteering and teaching in several sewing groups and clubs, most notably the Hernando Computer Club of which she taught and volunteered for 20 + years. She loved all things sewing and computer related.
She was preceded in death by her sons Rick, Larry and Kevin Duel. Surviving are daughters Margie Duel of Spring Hill, FL; Barbara Johnson of Phoenix, MD; Stepchildren Vicki Winner of TN and Ted Winner of Hampstead, MD.; many nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren, special friend and companion Mich Morin.
A funeral mass will be held at St Francis Xavier Cabrini Church on Mariner Blvd at 11 AM on Thursday, August 29, 2024 with a reception in the church hall to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Dementia Spotlight Foundation.
