Norman Francis Barton of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, formerly of Irondale Missouri, was a loving and kind soul, who was born on September 22nd, 1959, in Saint Louis, Missouri. He departed this life on April 11th, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of warmth and compassion.
Norman was known for his gentle spirit and the ability to brighten the lives of those around him. His caring nature endeared him to family and friends alike, making him a beloved presence in the lives he touched.
He is survived by his devoted sister, Robin Horton and Greg of Irondale, Missouri; and his loving brother, Brian Barton of Irondale, Missouri; nephew, Jeremiah Horton of Irondale, Missouri; niece, Whitney Horton and Fiancé Lee Everidge of Irondale, Missouri; great nephews and nieces, a great great nephew and two dear friends, Pamala Stanley and Kellie Greene in addition many aunts, uncles, and friends that will forever hold Norman's memory close to their hearts.
Norman was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Gail (Bennett) Barton, his father, Norman Francis Barton Sr., and his brother, Alan Barton; all whom will be missed dearly.
As we reflect on Norman's life, we celebrate the kindness he spread and the love he shared. He leaves behind a legacy that will continue to resonate in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
