Norman Talmage Boxwell, 92 of Millersville passed away on July 16, 2024. Norman was born on May 27, 1932 in Maryland to the late Charles Raymond Boxwell, Sr. and Etta Blanchard Boxwell. He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Boxwell; his children, Belinda Wood (Howard) and Michael J. Boxwell (Alicia); his step children, Dale Butler (Kathy) and Wanda Alt; and his brother, Edgar Boxwell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, Norman was preceded in death by his brothers, William Boxwell and Charles Boxwell, Jr.
Norman found great enjoyment in being outdoors, he especially enjoyed spending time fishing and gardening. He also liked to cook.
