I had the privilege of knowing Norm years ago, and I´ve never forgotten his kindness. He was funny, steady, and genuinely good-hearted, the kind of person who made people feel at ease just by being around him. I´m grateful for the time I knew him, and I´ll always remember him with love. Thinking of you, Sharon, Erica, Luke, Mic, AJ, and everyone who loved him.

An Uncle, Mentor, and friend. My Uncle Norm, had so many adventures I was fascinated by his life. Many of his stories lead to further intrigue and quest for knowledge during discussions, that´s what I will miss greatly. He and I have a passion for learning and exploration in what feels like everything. We would exchange facts and jokes alike. As I continue on in my own adventurous ways, I will continue to tell stories, filled with thought provoking facts and jokes that may inspire another to gain some new knowledge. I will do so proudly knowing that my Uncle Norm would be doing the same.

I had the honor of getting to know Norm and Sharon as I tended to my father's affairs in Mesa after he had a stroke. Most of all, I admired their love for each other. Sharon affectionately called Norm "daddy" which warmed my heart every time I heard it, thinking how wonderful their love is for each other, hoping that one day I will have something like they have. Sharon, my heart goes out to you as I now how much you truly loved Norm and can't imagine how much you must miss him. Norm was so enjoyable to visit with and had so many interesting experiences. I am thankful that I was able to know Norm and hear his stories and experiences. He will be missed. I know that my father, Vern will be extremely sad by this news.
