Preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Elaine McIver, and parents, Willis John McIver and Beatrice Hedman McIver.
Survived by daughter, Laura McIver Younker, Dave Younker (spouse), and 2 grandchildren, Stephen Lyle Younker and Joseph Alexander Younker.
Dan was a kind, giving, warm hearted father and grandfather with a wonderful laugh. He loved his work in advertising as a copy-writer. He went on to start his own PR company and retired living in Delaware, Ohio. He was very active in many organizations and was well known in his community. He loved his grandchildren, woodworking, reading, listening to classical music, and spending time with close friends.
