Norman James Mineau, 81, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully with family on August 30, 2025. He was born on June 18, 1944 to Robert and Marion (DesJarlais) Mineau in Green Bay.
Norman retired from the City of Green Bay in the Parks Department after working for 25 years.
Norman enjoyed his time after retirement by joining his friends for breakfast. Norman's greatest love in life was his family. He loved spending time with his family and creating great memories. He was an excellent storyteller.
Norman is survived by his children: Patrick (Elizabeth) Mineau, Maureen Mineau, Joseph (Deborah) Mineau, Sarah Mineau; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Aloha (Roy) Bishop; and his former spouse, Elizabeth Olson; Norman is further survived by other loved ones, relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.
Family and friends may gather for Visitation on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301). There will be an opportunity to share stories and memories of Norman at 7:00pm.
