He is survived by his children, Sharon Brown (Michael), Stephan Roberts (Sherri), Rebecca Roberts; daughter in law, Jennifer Roberts; grandchildren, Jon Roberts, Joshua Burdett (Amber), Shelby Dickey (Scott), Logan Brown, Amber Brown (Brandon), Hannah Hairrell (Carl), and Katie Champion (Daniel); 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Melvin Roberts and Ray Roberts; and his sister, Kay Roberts.
Norman passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife, Hassie Roberts; son, Phillip Roberts; and his parents, Chester and Maggie Roberts.
Norman was a United States Air Force Veteran and served in the Korean War. After his service he worked for Anniston Army Depot until his retirement. He was a Deacon and a faithful member of Oak Bowery Baptist Church. He was a proud cancer survivor and an avid gardener. He loved to go camping and play games and cards. He had a caring heart and was always willing to help others. To know Pop was to love him, and he will forever be missed.
