Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services - BeltonNorman Paul Ruppe, a beacon of light and joy to all who knew him, passed away on August 22, 2025, in Killeen, Texas. Born on October 9, 2020, in Vernal, Utah, Norman's infectious laughter and boundless curiosity brought immense happiness to his family and friends during his all-too-brief time on this earth.
Norman's life was filled with the loving care of his mother, Felicia Ruppe, and his stepfather, Jonathan Schwalm of Killeen, and his father, Alex Ruppe. Norman's sister, Gracie, was his constant playmate and confidant, their sibling love and camaraderie a source of constant warmth and affection in the family home.
Norman is also survived by his grandparents, Liana Schwalm of Killeen, Texas, Shelly Ruppe of Vernal, Utah, and Blake Ewell of Vernal, Utah. Their memories with him will be forever treasured.
Norman's passions were as vast as his imagination. He adored the colorful escapades of "Bluey" and was often seen emulating the heroic feats of the "Amazing Spiderman." His love for superheroes was more than a pastime; it was a reflection of his own adventurous spirit and desire to help and protect others. Norman's playtime was always full of imagination, each day was a new adventure.
Norman possessed a rare ability to light up any room with his presence. His giggles were contagious, and his hugs a reminder of the pure, unconditional love that children so freely give. Norman's sense of humor was beyond his years, and his clever antics and playful jokes were a source of endless entertainment and joy.
Though his time with us was short, Norman's impact was profound. Norman's spirit, like the superheroes he adored, will forever be our guide, inspiring us to live with kindness, courage, and an ever-present smile. His legacy is one of love and laughter, and it will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have been a part of Norman's journey.
