Norris Cross Obituary
Norris Lee Cross, 81, of Colonial Heights, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023. He was born in Petersburg, Virginia on July 22, 1942. He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Francis Cross, and his mother, Mary J. Langley. Norris was a member of the Society of Stranders (SOS), where he loved to dance to and enjoy Shag music. He also loved to walk the beach and was always the life of the party. He is survived by his son, Lundy Cross; daughter-in-law, Dawn Cross; and grandsons, Joshua Cross and Aiden Cross.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Petersburg & Colonial Heights, 104 Pickwick Avenue Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
